TRANSPORTATION FROM AND TO AIRPORT:
For arrival and departure we supply transportation between the
International Airport in Keflavik and our headquarters.
For customers staying in the Reykjavik area we transport the
Camper/Motorhome to the acommodation for a fee of € 70.

CAR TYPES:
We reserve the right to upgrade vehicles when the chosen
car type is not available.

FUEL TANK:
The rental car is delivered with a full tank of fuel. The car should be
returned with a full tank of fuel or there will be a charge.

TAX:
Local value added tax (VAT) is 25,5%

CHILD SEATS:
In Iceland it is mandatory for young children to sit in special car seats
while traveling in a vehicle. Car seats suitable for children aged from
6 months to + 4 years of age are available if pre-ordered.

CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICY:
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a valid credit card number.
We charge your credit card 10% of the total amount at booking. In case of
a cancellation 15 days or more before pick up day we charge 20% of the
total amount. In case of a cancellation 14 days or less before pick up day
or a no-show at the pick up time you pay 100% off the total amount.

INSURANCE:
Third party liability is equivalent to the amount stipulated by Icelandic law
at each time. This also applies to the amount of individual driver liability.
Third party coverage and personal accident insurance is automatically
included in your rental. The Driver need to be 20 years of age or older.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW):
CDW insurance is included in the rental fee with self risk of € 2.000. SCDW insurance is available for an additional fee, with self risk of € 500.
The renter is always responsible for the following damages, which are not covered by neither CDW nor SCDW insurance:
negligence driving while intoxicated, damage to tires, headlights and the underside of the car, damage caused by loose rocks which get thrown at the car on gravel roads, damages to the engine/car/camper caused by water.
